We are proud of the lamb we raise at Blue Heron Farms. What it comes down to is responsibility and control. By raising our lamb from birth to finished weights, we ensure they are treated the way they should be. The result is mild flavored meat that’s tender and delicious.

Our 2020 price for a whole is $300, plus processing fee. Half is $165, plus half of the processing fee. We are happy to make recommendations on the best cuts and ways to prepare your BHF lamb.
Although custom processing is currently experiencing a crunch, we have steady processing dates. The processing fee for our USDA inspected processor is: $120.
